Nature of Services

Services provided through Gentle Growth Solutions are educational, coaching, and supportive in nature.

They are not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, diagnosis, medical care, or crisis intervention.

Participation in these services does not establish a therapist-client relationship, healthcare provider relationship, or any licensed clinical relationship.

Scheduling and Payment

Payment is required before a scheduled session.

Appointments are confirmed only after payment has been received.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund.

Late Arrivals

If a client arrives late, the session may be shortened accordingly to respect previously scheduled commitments.

Confidentiality

Information shared during sessions is treated with respect and care. However, communication through email, websites, or online platforms cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

Gentle Growth Solutions is not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from participation in services.
